Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Cracked AI (“Cracked,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Cracked mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or by emailing support@chatwithcracked.com.

Parts of the Service require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region.

If you purchased a subscription through our website, billing is handled by our payment processor and can be managed or cancelled by contacting support@chatwithcracked.com.

Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other media (“Output”). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the Output you create with the Service, and you grant us a license to host, store, and process it in order to operate and improve the Service.

Output is generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive despite our safeguards. Output is provided for creative and informational purposes only and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it or sharing it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that depicts minors inappropriately;
• impersonate real people or generate deceptive media intended to mislead;
• infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or safety systems;
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can report objectionable content from Settings → Report a Problem or by emailing support@chatwithcracked.com; we review reports and act on violations promptly.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Cracked AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cracked AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
